These fees support the research, booking time, and dedicated care required to ensure your trip is seamlessly planned.

Professional Service Fee Schedule

Agency Professional Fees are 100% non-refundable and are in addition to the fees charged by tour operators, airlines, cruise lines, hotel suppliers, and any other travel service provider included with your booking.

What These Fees Cover:

Airfare Management: Flight options research, connection window checks, baggage rule reviews, seat selection guidance, and full support for flight schedule changes or delays.
Cancellation Processing: Handling cancellation requests across all airlines, hotels, and suppliers, securing applicable future travel credits or refunds, and providing official documentation for insurance claims

📌 Payment Terms & Policies (TICO Disclosure)

Payment Method: Credit card only.
Payment Timing: Applicable fees are due prior to ticketing or processing.
Non-Refundable: Agency professional fees are 100% non-refundable and are charged in addition to any supplier-imposed fees or penalties (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc.).
Limitation of Liability: While I advocate passionately on your behalf, the agency is not liable for third-party supplier disruptions, weather delays, or operational changes. Out-of-province medical and trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
